scuba diving in pulau weh or weh island

you may heard of people see manta ray, shark, …etc on pulau weh or weh island

yeah, some of them are true.
it depends on season, which month you will be here…
and you also need to have a good diving instructor to bring you there
to see all these wonderful underwater creatures…

Travel in Pulau Weh or Weh island

While I was in Pulau weh or weh island
I went scuba diving of course

I also went travel around sumur tiga, Pria Laut, balohan, sabang,
these few places are worth to have a look if u have the time

These places are not far between one another
You can travel all of them in a motorcycle or van or car in a day or two

You also can rent a motorcycle
it costs about rupiah 50,000 for half a day
and rupiah 80,000 for a full day

Pulau Weh or Weh Island Map

Pulau Weh / weh island is located on the northern of  Sumatera

Now, let look at the Pulau Weh mapPulau Weh map

As you can see, you will come by boat from banda aceh to balohan ( the harbour)
And then you can take a cab to Gabang or Iboih where you stay and begin your scuba diving
Sabang is the town where you can buy most of your things

Pulau Weh is not that big. Have fun in Pulau Weh / weh island ! :)
